Shipping costs will be calculated accurately for your location at the final stage of order confirmation. 
All duties and taxes, including any applicable charges, are the responsibility of the recipient.

>  Return Policy

If the Customer is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Rights Protection Law (a natural person who purchases goods for a purpose not related to their economic activity), the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal. In accordance with the provisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia Regulation No. 255 "Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts", the consumer has the right to return goods purchased from dpcosmetics.com to “DPcosmetics” within 14 calendar days.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 calendar days from the day on which the Customer acquires possession of the goods, or a third party indicated by the Customer, other than the carrier, acquires possession of the goods.

The Customer informs dpcosmetics.com about the return by providing written notice

Consequences of Withdrawal

If the Customer withdraws from this contract, dpcosmetics.com will reimburse all payments received from the Customer, including delivery costs. The reimbursement will be made using the same method of payment that the Customer used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, the Customer will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. dpcosmetics.com may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received back or until the Customer has provided 

proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.  

The Customer shall return the goods to dpcosmetics.com, ensuring delivery of the goods, without undue delay and no later than 14 days. This deadline is deemed to be met if the Customer sends the goods back before the expiry of the 14-day period. The Customer is obliged to retain proof of the return shipment date. dpcosmetics.com warns that a product returned by post only to a post office branch, rather than being actually delivered to the specified dpcosmetics.com address, shall not be considered received, and dpcosmetics.com is not obliged to collect such shipments from the post office.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

-      the returned product(s) must be in the original packaging;

-      the product(s) must not be damaged;

-      the product(s) must not have been used and must not have lost their commercial appearance (labels, protective films, etc. must be intact), (this does not apply to products damaged during delivery);

-      the returned product(s) must be in the same condition as when received;

•         any gifts included with the product at the time of purchase must be returned together with the product in their original packaging, and the Customer must not have opened the gift packaging, nor used the gift, nor caused it to lose its commercial appearance.

-          the Customer must cover the direct return costs. 

If the Customer returns a product without the gift or returns it with a used gift, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refundable value of the returned product.
